New Parent Training

If you are like most new parents to be, you are becoming overwhelmed with information on what to do and what to purchase for your expectant baby. For this reason, we have developed classes for new parents in real time!

Everyone's baby is a little different so these lessons are for before and after the baby arrives. Wouldn't it be helpful to have an expert come to your home and answer questions that you have specifically about your baby? That is why we have structured these classes to begin when you are pregnant (in a group setting) and continue in your home after your baby/ies arrive. They end after your baby has completed their "fourth trimester," or when they are 3 months old.

Ideally, classes are to begin in a group setting with other pregnant couples. We find that when people are in a group, they will learn more than they would if they were not. Other people ask questions that you may not have considered and vice versa, plus it makes for a fun time interacting with others. We believe that it is all about relationship, and this is a new chapter in your lives. One thing that you will most likely be looking to do is make new friends that are in the same boat as you are. (At least the new moms usually are). It is always helpful to have a support system in place for new beginnings on most things that you will do in your life. If you are training for a marathon, for example, you will most likely do better with a trainer guiding you and others to run with. Believe me, this is the beginning of one of the longest marathons that you can possibly run, so why not start to look around and find your peeps?

Please send an email with the subject line "New Parent Training" and include your names, address and due date. If you already have another couple or group of people that you would like to be with, please include that as well.

Please feel free to share on any new mom chat groups in the NJ, NY area and or your personal insta or fb. Thank you and we look forward to meeting you and your babies. So exciting!

Stay hydrated, eat well and get enough rest.
